1- Implement the Common Core and state curriculum for Grade 4 in terms of planning, teaching, assessment, and standards-based grading.
2- Encourage students to solve their own problems, such as feeling disrespected, listening and attention diversions, working together, and wasting class time, by facilitating social and emotional learning through daily meetings in the classroom.

1- In order to improve students' English as a Foreign Language speaking and writing skills, I worked with principal teachers to create an innovative curriculum, presentations, and assignments for 12 classrooms at various levels.
